      You will be a reliable, committed and professional Exam Invigilator who will form part of our Exams team on a flexible basis during busy academic examination periods.  You will be required to run exam sessions, working to ensure that all candidates are able to perform to the best of their ability. You must be customer focussed, have good attention to detail and be able to maintain a calm demeanour in challenging situations – you might be a retired professional, a recent graduate or looking to supplement your income.  This role has flexible hours and could fit around other commitments.  There is also opportunity to provide specialist examination support for which further details are available upon request.

      An opportunity has arisen at Hartpury in the Sports Academy Medical Department. You will be a passionate Chartered Physiotherapist or a Sports Therapist or a Sports Rehabilitator with relevant governing body memberships and appropriate insurance to join our current clinical team.

       

      The successful therapist will support our academy programmes including, but not inclusive to, rugby, football and rowing. This will be at the discretion of the Head of Medical Services.

       

      Support will be given to the right candidate in the form of professional mentoring as well as a Hartpury kit package.

Hartpury College of Further Education was graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in May 2018. The overall effectiveness of leadership and management, the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and the 16-19 study programmes all received the highest grade from Ofsted.

       

      We are looking for an outstanding A-level Sociology Lecturer who is highly motivated, student focused and has strong interpersonal skills to join the A-level department. You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching which will assist students to achieve excellent results. You will be able to inspire students to appreciate and enjoy Sociology, instilling in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding.

       

      The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a teaching qualification and have experience of delivering A-level Sociology. Teaching delivery will be over 3 or 4 working days (dependent on timetabling).

      This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in the Academic Services Office. This varied and interesting role will involve completing a range of tasks including providing advice to our HE students through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems and updating web-based student guidance.  Responsibilities will include servicing a number of meetings, maintaining our student records and providing support with the production of student assessments.  The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.

       

      The successful candidate will have previous experience of higher education and within a busy customer focused administrative role and demonstrate proven customer service skills.  Candidates must be computer literate, organised, be able to work both as members of a team and as an individual, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
