    You will support the development and delivery of our new Continuous Improvement Programme whilst actively promoting a positive culture. You will be directly involved in training staff in principles of processing improvement and supporting related projects and activities.


    The successful candidate will have a good understanding of FE and/or HE processes and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, an aptitude to demonstrate initiative, and innovation in how best to utilise the available information and tools to facilitate improvements.


    You will hold a qualification in Lean or Continuing Improvement (such as Six Sigma Green Belt) whilst demonstrating relevant professional experience, you'll have proven experience of managing and delivering complex and varied projects.
